Plan A
I’m supposed to go camping this weekend but I’m clearly coming down with something (strep throat? cold? bronchitis?). So my Plan A is to drink copious amounts of tea and hope I can still go on Friday as I NEED this weekend away.
There is no Plan B.
I am sick. I am tired. I am on duty. I am thankful for friends and family who call me/stop by and help keep me awake.

Ghost Walk for Houses residents (we’re doing the walk-through tomorrow)
Hanging out and baking with some new friends tomorrow night
International summit on campus
Zoo or aquarium with a friend on Sunday

With the aid of some cookies,
I met and talked to all but three of my thirty residents. Some of them were more receptive than others; I had a couple that took cookies and then proceeded to go back into their apartments without another word.
But there were others that I spent thirty to forty-five minutes talking to, which makes me feel like I’m getting to know them better.
Which in turn makes me hate my job a little...

I really do not like the new package delivery system at the campus mail room. We used to get little, pink pieces of paper in our mailboxes saying that we had a package, the size of the package (small envelope, large envelope, box), and when it was received.
Now, in an effort to save paper, we get an email that automatically goes to our junk email box. The email is sent when it arrives in the mail...
